A three-hour workshop for about 50 students on the fundamentals of public policy, seen through the lenses of state, market and society.
What we did
Sonal, our co-founder, led a three-hour workshop on the fundamentals of public policy for around 50 students at Bharata Mata College. Students were introduced to public policy through three lenses: the state, the market and society.
The workshop got students thinking about the public policy issues around them. Discussions ranged from elderly care in Kerala and the NEET paper leaks to protests, climate disasters and much more.
Why it matters
The workshop is a first step towards our Fundamentals of Public Policy course and the three-day Public Policy Bootcamp. It is part of our ongoing collaboration with Bharata Mata College, and we thank Prof. Daisy Zacharia for coordinating the sessions. We look forward to working with the students again.
